Canine Sports
If your dog needs a job, or you are looking to strengthen the bond with your canine companion, we provide beginner through competition level training. We offer competitive obedience CKC rally, nose work, and other dog sports. Training is for all levels.
CKC Obedience and Rally
"Obedience trials were designed to test the dog’s suitability as a good companion. Basic tests include heeling (on and off lead), Sit, Stand, Stay and coming when called. At more advanced levels, dogs are asked to jump, retrieve, respond to signals, and identify and retrieve articles carrying their handlers’ scent." (CKC.CA)
"The chief objective of rally is to provide a fast-moving and motivational activity that demonstrates the competency of handler and dog in performing basic obedience exercises without requiring exact precision for success. Rally can also provide the opportunity to refine training skills for competitors in other events." (CKC.CA)
We offer training for CKC Obedience and Rally starting from a very beginner training to competition level.
IGP Club
Many of my students have dogs that will excel in bite work sports. While I do not provide training for IGP or French Ring, I am part of the Club de Ring Quebec, and invite my students interested in learning more about bite sports to join.
